This Small Mid-Market Advertising Solutions sales group is responsible for assisting small and medium businesses reach their maximum revenue potential through Microsoft’s search tools and transition to Microsoft Advertising Exchange (MAX). They target to accelerate scale display, secure search revenue in adCenter Bing markets, and deliver service, support and operations for the combined Search marketplace with Yahoo! & Bing. They succeed in driving advertiser satisfaction through continuous improvement of ROI and ease of doing business with Microsoft.

The Media Specialist is responsible for hitting team and individual revenue targets by proposing and executing search campaigns, optimizing and cross-selling into other Bing Ads products. You will drive client engagement and consult clients to ensure they achieve optimal results against their goals by improving ROI, click through, conversion rates and other KPIs through a variety of mechanisms including bid & budget management, creative development & optimization. The goal is to set clients up for success from an education, performance and revenue perspective and grow your book of business.

Education and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Proven ability to understand customer needs, build ongoing relationships, and create solutions
• 2+ years of experience in a fast paced client facing role
• 2+ years of proven sales/service experience
• 3+ years online advertising experience required
• 2+ years of experience working with Google, Yahoo!, Facebook and/or other relevant search engine toolsets on pay-for-performance search products preferred
